The Centre for Corporate Governance in Africa at the Stellenbosch Business School is hosting a thought leadership event on Corporate Governance and Leadership. It will stretch current thinking about the meaning of governance and leadership to inspire ideas for taking good practice to the next level.

Sonja Cilliers of the Centre of Corporate Governance and Lynn Carneson McGregor, co-author of the book ‘Governance and Leadership: Building a sustainable culture of world-class leadership’, will discuss basic principles and practices from the book and share questions and insights from various stakeholders.

The event specifically covers the importance of mastering four levels of governance – self, interpersonal, intergroup and systemic. This event is recommended for would-be directors, directors, chairpersons, regulators and leaders in various walks of life – from the smallest size to large organisations.
